Oushak carpets originate in the town of Uşak in western Anatolia, and come in predominantly pastel colours. They are characterised by their large knots and soft, thick pile, making them ideal for living rooms and bedrooms.
This Oushak was made in Afghanistan, and is knotted on to an all wool warp.
